Miracle Mile Tower
Providing a range of property management services, CPMC transformed this underperforming 23-story, 200,000 square-foot office building into an income-producing property. We managed the building’s entire renovation and reposition process, including all leasing and rent collection, through and including disposition.



Sommerset Plaza
CPMC managed the reposition of this 100,000 square-foot, mixed-use retail center located near San Diego. In addition to overseeing renovations, we provided a hands-on approach to attracting and retaining tenants. Thanks to CPMC, the retail center skyrocketed to 95% occupancy, up from just 60%.
